Refund and Returns Policy

1. Digital Products Policy

Due to the nature of digital license keys, LicenseRetail does NOT offer refunds once a product key has been delivered and viewed. Unlike physical goods, digital keys cannot be “returned” or “restocked” once they are exposed to the customer.

2. Valid Reasons for Replacement

We offer a 100% Replacement Guarantee if:

  • ❌ The license key is invalid or does not activate.
  • ❌ The license key is blocked or banned within the warranty period (1 Year or Lifetime, depending on product).
  • ❌ The product delivered does not match the product description.

In these cases, we will issue a brand new license key immediately upon verification of the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do NOT grant refunds for:

  • 🚫 “Change of mind” or “I bought the wrong version” (Please check system requirements before buying).
  • 🚫 Incompatibility with your hardware/OS (System requirements are clearly listed on every product page).
  • 🚫 Refusal to use the provided official download links.
  • 🚫 License Registration: As stated on the product page, our corporate licenses are pre-registered to our agency to offer discounted pricing. Requesting a refund because the license is not under your personal name is not a valid reason.

4. Dispute Policy

By purchasing from LicenseRetail, you agree that you are buying a digital intangble good. Any PayPal dispute filed for “Item Not Received” when the key has been delivered via email will be contested with proof of delivery and log files.
