1. Product Nature

LicenseRetail sells discounted software licenses. These keys may be:

a) Volume/Corporate Keys pre-registered to our agency.

b) OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) keys intended for system builders.

c) Retail keys.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the nature of these keys. You are granted full administrative rights to use the software, but the registration name may remain as “LicenseRetail” or our distributor.

2. Delivery

Products are delivered automatically via email immediately after payment. Please check your Spam/Junk folder. If you do not receive your key within 30 minutes, contact support.

3. Warranty & Support

We provide support for activation and installation only. We do not provide training on how to use the software (e.g., how to do accounting in QuickBooks). Your warranty covers the functionality of the key for the duration of the purchased term.

4. Liability

LicenseRetail is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
